First you're probably asking yourself "who the fuck is Bertha?" And that's okay, because she's not a canon character from the main Resident Evil series. She pops up in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City- the big what if? game CAPCOM thought would be a good idea! And it sort of-kind of was.

Bertha is the crazy medic on the U.S.S. Wolfpack, the creepy one who is excited by operation tables and just downright creepy.

Her personality is built up on lines she says during the game and what little is revealed in her cute little file thing. Neat, right? But if there is any way you think I could improve on her characterization, please let me know!
